  Sure! We will first test the feasibility of the formula. If adjustments are needed, we will offer suggestions.

• What should I do if I don't have a brand?

  You can use our brand.

• What should I do if I have a brand but no formula?

  Use our mature recipes or we can assist you in developing new ones.

• Can I customize the packaging?

  One-stop customization! We have an independent design team that can assist you.

• How can you guarantee the quality?

  Factory internal testing + Third-party inspection support before shipment.

• What is the MOQ?

  500 -1000 pcs.The quantity varies by type, bec the production machinery has the minimum feeding weight. We will be as flexible as possible to allow you to start with a lower quantity.

• Is there a charge for sample making?

  Yes. A small sample fee is charged for covering raw material and labor costs, which will be deducted from the payment after the official order is placed. Special and complex formula sampling requires separate communication.

• How long does it take to make the sample?

  Usually 1-4 weeks. Mature formulas quickly, customized formulas will be tested.

• How long does it take to make mass production?

  Usually 4 weeks. It may fluctuate slightly according to the peak and off-peak seasons and the quantity.
